Mary Anne Wendt’s real estate journey began in mortgage, followed by cherished years at home with the kids. In recent years, she embraced the roles of Notary Public and Escrow Account Representative, where she discovered her passion for real estate. From hosting vibrant open houses to navigating the intricacies of escrow, she realized her true calling was in helping others find their dream homes.  Growing up amidst the transformation of Irvine from fields of orange groves to the bustling city it is today, she witnessed firsthand the magic of this place she calls home.  She has been married to her best friend and husband of 25 years and they raised two amazing daughters in this very city, ensuring they soak in the same enriching experiences. With over four decades of Irvine life under her belt, she’s here to guide you through every step of your real estate journey, whether you’re buying or selling in Irvine and beyond.
